Powerful coaching

Most life coaching certification teach you this old-school way of coaching, that coaches charge you thousands of dollars for, just to go through this simple framework of continuous questions that you basically can do on your own instead nowadays.

We're gonna teach you how to listen, and how to ask reflective questions, and a little bit of human psychology, but then:

All you have to do when you're on the call is to say…

Well, share with me. What is it that you're trying to achieve?

What's getting in your way?

Why do you think that's that way?

What would you do if you were acting from your highest self to change that?

What do you commit to doing by next time?

What support do you need?

What's the first action you should take?

GOOD FOR YOUU!! Let's celebrate.

Talk to you next time :D

And that's what they teach! I mean come on, it's 2022. That is really lame, this is not what life coaching or coaching in general is. If you're old-school and old industry, then that is what it is.

This is according to Brendon Burchard, one of the world's most famous coaches at the moment. And I believe that he is on to something.

Sure, the traditional, old way, teaches some important basics, basics that are mandatory. On the other hand, if you are able to charge for high-ticket programs, you have a framework where you take the client from the current state to the desired state with a much more developed system set in place.

You are focused on the outcome, not the process that the client goes through. The client is not interested in the process, only where they will be, how they will feel or be able to do in the future.

You have a disciplined process

You care about the rhythm of the sessions

How progressions in sessions happens

How and when to challenge people

Pull forward decision making processes

You help developing good habits

You won't let your clients flee from uncomfortable feelings, instead you hold space and teach acceptance

You are just simply better

Clients can get their commodities elsewhere (old way of coaching), but they can't get all of the transforming stuff on their own (new way of coaching).

Are you with me in transforming the industry and making it so much better than it seems to be for the majority?

Drop a comment if you get this, or if you have a different view on this matter?
